Approach To Therapy
My approach involves treating clients of all ages with respect and kindness, unconditional acceptance, patience, and non-judgment. I am oriented toward helping you discover and build upon your strengths so that you can become confident and resilient in managing your life more effectively. Using an integrative approach that combines relational-cultural, existential, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy models, I dedicate my practice to helping clients cultivate insight, self-awareness, motivation, self-efficacy, authenticity, self-acceptance, and stronger, more rewarding interpersonal relationships.
